Christians do not have an irrational rage for masks, vaccines | Opinion
A response to the letter to the editor published Sept. 28 titled “The Root of Current Rabies Vaccine, Masks” submitted by Stewart B. Epstein.
I think the use of the word “rabies” is definitely an exaggeration in the context where it has been used in reference to anyone who does not want to be vaccinated or wear a mask. There is a constitutional right to our individual freedom to choose. However, the far left and, yes, you can include some Democrats and even add some Republicans, refuse to honor our constitution and prefer to tear up the very fabric to fit their agenda.
Maybe your use of the word ‘irrational’ can be relegated to those who are in a frenzy to try to get everyone vaccinated and even a booster and, oh yeah, wear a mask whether you’re vaccinated or not. It seems to me that this natural immunity that a lot of us have has not even been discussed in this scheme of things.
Really, do you honestly think that all of us who are conservatives and have common sense are seen as loners and therefore feel the need to follow former President Donald Trump? I guess the “cult mentality” as you call following an individual should be more correctly attributed to Satan himself, for he is the only one behind all this radical push for power to defeat anyone who doesn’t agree or does not subscribe to the far left agenda.
I strongly suggest that you do a thorough scripture research to find out why you are clearly a lonely and lost person in need of a savior and his name is Jesus. There is a wonderful group of people who belong to the Lord called Christians who are not stupid or full of nonsense, but full of the truth of the Gospel and full of common sense. You want to be accepted, so you had better look at the right moral values and find those who are telling the truth and not lies. Seek the word of God (Bible) and there you will find love and acceptance from the one who died on this cruel cross for you and it is the greatest love and acceptance you will ever find and you will never need again to feel lonely.
