The Brentwood Fire and Rescue Service is now collecting new and unwrapped toys for toddler toys across Gracework Ministry Management Program until Monday 13 December. Donations will be accepted at drop-off points between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at any of the four Brentwood Fire and Rescue Stations, John P. Holt Brentwood Library, Brentwood Service Center, Police Department or to the town of Brentwood. Room.
With COVID still a concern in our community, this year also offers an online option to donate. “Due to the impact of COVID-19, the GraceWorks management team surveyed our neighbors to really understand the importance of this event to them. Their responses were revealing, heartbreaking and compelling. We must do the crib! Said Valencia A. Breckenridge, CEO of GraceWorks Ministries. The Toys for Tots virtual campaign is offered directly through Amazon. Please visit the following links to donate online:

The partnership with the United States Marine Corps Reserves and Graceworks Ministries helps provide gifts to underprivileged children in Middle Tennessee. During the 2020 campaign, nearly 2,000 local children were able to celebrate the holidays through the contributions made. Brentwood Fire and Rescue Chief Brian Goss said: “This is our thirteenth year of fundraising for Toys for Tots. Over the past decade, the community has provided thousands of children with some holiday cheer. We hope to continue this success this year and invite everyone to give their all. ”
Sergeant Patrick Sheppard with Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 24th Marines and the Nashville Area Marine Corps Toys for Tots Program Coordinator is excited about this year’s program. “Toys for Tots continues to help millions of families across the country. This wouldn’t be possible without organizations like Brentwood Fire & Rescue, which were instrumental in the success of the 2020 Toys for Tots campaign in Williamson County. Sergeant Sheppard added, “Toys for Tots is delighted to be working with Brentwood Fire & Rescue again this year. “
The United States Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Toddlers The Foundation oversees the national program which serves more than 500 communities in all 50 states.
